Dina understands the importance of gut health from her personal experience with belly pain, constipation, bloating, sinus issues, and backpain, which were all caused by gut dysbiosis. Dina has been a nutrition coach since 2008, but it was only after becoming a Gut Specialist that she realized the extent to which the microbiome affects overall health.
