Service Description

This is a free, 15 minute, non-interactive, informational workshop held each week on Mondays. Parents will learn a "quick tip to parenting" for the week followed by mindfulness techniques and breath work to enhance their day.

The Parent & Child Wellness Center is located at 39 Sherman Court, Second Floor. You must enter through the driveway at house number 53 (The office of John Fallon) located on Sherman Street. Once in the big parking lot behind house number 53, 39 Sherman Court is the mauve colored house near the back of the parking lot. The entrance to The Parent & Child Wellness Center is on the side of the building facing the parking lot.
