30 Days of yoga and meditation
Join me beginning Thursday November 21st, 2021 for a yoga and meditation immersion experience.
​
What do you have to do?

Meditate for at least 5 minutes for 30 days.

Practice Raja Yoga (yoga postures) for at least 5 minutes each day for 30 days. Or practice Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, or Jnana Yoga each day for 30 days.

What is included when you sign up?

Daily virtual 30 minute meditations led by Mary Kate Robb, LCSW for FREE through zoom.

1 FREE virtual yoga class taught by Mary Kate Robb, LCSW

3 $15 virtual yoga classes taught by Mary Kate Robb, LCSW

What times are the meditations and the yoga classes?
-
Meditation - Monday 2:30pm, Tuesday 8:00pm, Wednesday 2:30pm, Thursday 2:30pm, Friday 2:30pm, Saturday 7:30am, Sunday 7:30am.

Yoga Classes - Sundays 8-9pm

Can't Make It to the Live Feeds...No Problem. All Meditations and Yoga classes will be sent to you to do at your convenience!!!!
